SHIPPING POLICY

All Claudette pieces are handmade to order in the UK, ensuring every veil, bow, and accessory is crafted with care.

Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. For bespoke or personalised items, please allow up to 10 business days.
Delivery Method: All orders are sent via Evri (tracked service). You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- UK: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We hope you love your Claudette piece as much as we loved making it. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out.

Returns: We accept returns for faulty or damaged items only. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for standard, non-personalised items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item in its original, unworn condition within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalised, custom-made, or bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
