Some veils and bows can be personalised in one font style, with adjustable sizing for longer messages. Product pages will clearly state if personalisation is available.
Most orders ship within 5–7 working days. Custom and personalised items may take longer — estimated dispatch dates will be confirmed before purchase.
I gladly accept exchanges and returns for non-personalised items in their original, unworn condition. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Personalised items can only be returned if faulty or incorrect.
